The tagline of Body Tune, as you can see from the photo below, reads: “The Traditional Thai Massage.” Considering that the style is way different from another massage company that focuses solely on Thai Massage (TonTon Massage), I don’t know which is which. The answer, however, hardly matters to me. In my book, there is one crucial factor why a trip to Body Tune is inevitable once in a while.
Body Tune outlets are found in malls, SM malls to be exact (The Block, Mall of Asia, Market!Market!, SM Baguio, SM Megamall, SM City Cebu, SM City Fairview, SM South Mall, among others). Since I hate shopping (but have no choice but to accompany my wife to the mall from time to time), the bookstore, coffee shops and massage parlors are my best friends, er, favorite hangouts.
So far, Body Tune is the better one among the massage parlors in SM malls, although I wouldn’t extend that statement to spas outside of malls (Soniare, Nurture Spa). Body Tune offers other services, like body and facial treatment, hand and foot care. I really don’t know what the rest of the services are called, as I’m only interested with the massage.
And if you’re worried that you don’t smell fresh, shower is available (yes, you’ll discover that some massage parlors have no shower rooms). This is important because I still believe my grandmother’s words of wisdom: after a massage, never ever take a shower/bath until the next day (which means you have slept and fully rested). I’m not sure if there’s any scientific basis to this, just like the rest of my lola’s “rules”, but there’s no harm in following it.
The price? Aroma Therapy in Body Tune costs P685 an hour (the basic therapy is cheaper, of course, and the only difference with aroma therapy is the use of aromatic oil…not a big deal for me). So, the next time you’re stuck in a mall, consider having a massage in addition to, or instead of, the movies. Relax, have a massage.

in my experience to BODY TUNE at SM MARILAO i felt dissapointed. they have the unfriendly staff and therapist. they’re sanitation is poor the towels smells bad odor and the slippers not sanitized.yong higaan basa.In the reception area you will see the signs “we have the right to refuse customers” dito palang takot na ako. The locker is not safe kasi sira. doon pa ako nakapaglocker sa kasama ko.hindi ako narelax which un ang hanap ko paano ang iingay ng therapist sa labas tawanan.parang ang theme nila wag ng bumalik ang customers
I tried Body Tune at SM Marilao, it seemed fine. I had my massage for more than a couple of times and I have no complaints, but that was a year ago though. I haven’t visited it recently.

I have been a loyal client of Body Tune SM Bacoor since it opened 7 or 8 years ago. I even became friends with some of your therapists who are really good and courteous (i.e Girlie (now abroad), Lorena, Vivian (doing manicure/pedicure), Owie (Now abroad), Meann. I particularly loved Non-surgical facial which had been my regular regimen. I often go to Body Tune for chair massage with scalp cream massage. I used to go first thing in the morning if I really want to pamper myself with sauna, full body massage and facial. However, I stopped visiting Bacoor branch when I moved to another place. After one year (which is today, Jan. 28, 2011)I decided to revisit the treatment that I love, non-surgical facial. I was really disappointed and devastated when I noticed that the mask used was no longer the same product which was very effective and very unique with Body tune. The mask was very thin, I didn’t feel the “stretching”/drying effect, the smell was different and the setting was very soft, I could feel my skin and not the mask. After asking a lot of questions, I finally decided to refund my money (for the first time in all spas I have been to) because I feel it’s not worth a cent to pay for that kind of product (it’s like making paper mache with starch and paper) and service. What I appreciated was the kind accommodation of Vivian (who was doing my pedicure that time) and Grace the branch manager. Grace even gave me a complimentary facial massage to ease my stress. I really appreciate the gesture.
To the Management of body tune, if you receive no complaints on the new product, it doesn’t mean clients are satisfied. Observe the decreasing number of your loyal clients, which shows dissatisfaction. I, for one have brought a lot of clients to Bacoor branch, most of whom go to other spas now.
Something for you to re-evaluate and think about.

we used to be a regular costumer of Body Tune SM DASMARINAS,CAVITE, but recently i dont like their approach to the costumer,and most of the time dont have a towel and they let the costumer to use sauna and do shower without giving a towel they reason is, out of stock due to many costumer that day,that is really bad feeling for the costumer,how can you go shower without using a towel,of course they ask a costumer if its ok,and the costumer will say yes its okay !but absolutely its not okay!and its not happen only once or twice,it was most of the time,me ,i refuse to go massage twice in body tune because of that problem,what will i do?i will for another massage spa and discover another place.im sad,but i hope the management need to think about this problem,and need a more approachable manager to this area who have more heart to let Body Tune more progressive,mawawala kc ang costumer
so far, the best spa treatment that i have ever experienced was from BODY TUNE (sm baguio branch to be specific! my sister and i got a couples room and the therapists were really good! we absolutely enjoyed the massage. it was indeed relaxing and muscle-melting!
i think kaya maraming customer nawawala sa Body Tune kasi medyo mataray talaga mga staff. I experienced the package dead sea salt scrub, then my body was wrapped in pure honey, after nun massage na ng 1 hour. SM Fairview branch pinuntahan ko. It was my first time to experience it here and ok naman ang service at ambiance, kaso nga lang dapat mas malakas ung speaker na pure instrumental minsan kasi love songs eh so nakaka-distract. dapat relaxing talaga yung sound. i recommed SHEILA kasi sya nagmassage sa akin napaka accomodating, friendly and warm.. ang bait pa niya kasi hindi ako familiar with the locker keys, shower room etc. she was accomodating and courteous. i recommend going here ng mga umaga or tipong lean day para mas maasikaso ka (:

I purchased 10 Sessions of Ensogo Body Tune Massage with Voucher no.’s 006987-000056 and 006987-000066.
Yesterday Aug. 30, 2012 was our (my wife and I) 3rd visit.
I informed the receptionist, Ms. Orit, that I had misplaced the vouchers with the two previous stamp marks, and that I had reprinted new vouchers for this third visit.
As my wife was signing on the logbook, after a few seconds or so, Ms. Orit in a rough tone, speaking to my wife, said ” SA SUSUNOD, PAG HINDI NYO DALA YONG MAY STAMP, HINDI KO NA KAYO TATANGAPIN”
My wife replied, NA SA MECHANICS BA YAN NANG ENSOGO?
Ms. Orit replied, “MAHIRAP KASI MAG HANAP NANG FILES” 🙁
