The description of the 1904 Richard Brasier Roadster exhibit at The Mind Museum partly reads: “This 1904 Richard Brasier Roadster was the first car to roll on Philippine Roads. It is a 9-hp, 2-cylinder engine build by French and Belgian manufacturers, George Richard and Henri Brasier.
