“WATAWAT.” That’s how simple and straightforward Zesch Anne Sales (zeschsales) described her photo of the Philippine flag, as it bravely stands against the elements and gracefully waves against the wind. It’s a black and white shot, pretty much like the cool Men in Black. The composition of this photo — even if bereft of the usual blue, red, white and yellow colors of the Philippine flag — evokes the same emotions as the full-color flag. There’s something in Zesch Anne‘s nice photo that whispers a reminder to “stay fiercely proud of what that flag stands for.” Here’s the photo (click to enlarge):
