It’s good to discover that the best theme park in the Philippines, Enchanted Kingdom, added new rides since the last time we went here. We also discovered that a visit to Enchanted Kingdom is more fun, at least for us, when done late in the afternoon, around 4:00 p.m., when the sun is about to set. The cooler weather makes it more fun and less energy draining. The park (located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna) closes at 9:00 p.m. so there’s enough time to go around. Try the Disk-O-Magic of Enchanted Kingdom
Obviously to keep the theme park fresh to guests, the new and frequent visitors alike, the Enchanted Kingdom (Sta. Rosa, Laguna) brings in new rides from time to time. The last time we were here, Enchanted Kingdom welcomed the EKstreme Tower Ride. This time around, we didn’t expect to see, and so we were smiling when we saw, the spanking-new Disk-O-Rama. EKstreme Tower Ride at Enchanted Kingdom (Laguna)
We have a previous post on the Enchanted Kingdom and, as a general rule, we’d simply have one post for each destination or item under a category. The few exceptions are made under exceptional circumstances, like when we ranked the slides in Splash Island. We’ll be doing something similar to Enchanted Kingdom — not a ranking, because the EKstreme Tower Ride is hands-down the most scary ride. Enchanted Kingdom (Sta. Rosa, Laguna)
I was always excited every time the peryahan, which I believe is translated as a “fair” in English, comes to town. There’s the Ferris wheel, or something that resembles it, the caterpillar ride, the haunted house and, of course, the games. Looking back, there’s really nothing fancy about the perya, that is, if you compare it with the likes of Enchanted Kingdom. So, the first chance I got after it opened in 1995, I went to see this Enchanted Kingdom, and went back for more — perhaps proof that there’s always a child in each of us.
