Zest Airways, Inc., or Zest Air, was formally established in 2008. It used to be called Asian Spirit, which was established in 1995, but it was renamed Zest Air after the purchase in 2008 by Alfredo M. Yao’s AMY Holdings.
Zest Air initially operated in 20 local destinations and subsequently launched its regional and Southeast Asian operations. Its fleet includes three (3) Airbus A320 and 3 MA60.
