VisitPinas generally features anything about the Philippines and Filipinos, for both Filipinos and non-Filipinos alike. Coca-Cola, on the other hand, is obviously a foreign brand, but what it captured in this promotional feature is undeniably Filipino — the realities of OFW, the love for family and the special meaning of Christmas. And, well, the world-famous lechon. The opening line of this commercial, which will mostly become viral, goes: “More than 11 Million Filipinos have left their families to find better opportunities abroad.”

Now, tell us if you didn’t shed a tear.

  1. Mabuhay kayo Visit Pinas at Coca Cola…sana
Merry Christmas & God bless!
