Wakeboarding, according to the CWC website, “was created from a combination of water skiing, snow boarding and surfing techniques. Instead of using skis, the rider rides a single board with stationary non-release bindings for each foot, standing sideways. Wakeboarding, besides being one of the world’s fastest growing sports and is gradually being recognized globally, has become a lifestyle for others.” Start rating/reviewing CamSur Watersports Complex below. 1. It seems that CamSur — specifically the CamSur Watersports Complex (CWC) — is now the center of Philippine wakeboarding. World-class facilities and equipment. Nice place. Affordable rates. Wonderfully supported and promoted by the local government. It has proximity to great places like Caramoan and the butanding/whaleshark watching. Click here to see more photos at VisitPinas Blog.

  3. “Wake boarding was really fun and I knew I had to try it out because if we didn’t, it would be like going to Siargao and not try surfing. It gave me the adrenaline thrill that I needed so I could sleep in the bus on the way back to Manila.” - SoloFlightEd.com (click to read more)

  4. “While CWC has various watersports facilities around the complex, it is the wakeboarding area or cable ski park which is the main attraction – for beginners to professional wakeboarders and skiers who visit it from all over the world.” - Gerry Ruiz Photo Blog (click to read more)

  7. “It was such an amazing experience to try both the knee and wake boarding. You will feel tired after but there’s this feeling of achievement. My arms were sore and my muscles were aching but the feeling is priceless (considering that I am not into physical stuff). Overall, you should try this one. Even just for an hour. I’m coming back and I will try their whole day pass to all activities.” - BlissfulGuru (click to read more)
