The Cassava Cake is one of the specialties at Benito’s. It’s sold over-the-counter as in the usual case for delicacies. Benito’s Cassava Cakes, with a macapuno-infused variant, is rich and really sweet. We’ve seen outlets of Benito’s only in Metro Manila.
