Innapoy at Isdaan Floating Restaurant
The innapoy of Isdaan Restaurant (located in Gerona, Tarlac) is stuffed native rice rolls wrapped in banana leaves. It looks pretty much like the regular suman, except that the innapoy is a complete meal by itself, with fillings that include chorizo.
