Charlie’s Pritchon
The Charlie’s Pritchon™, according to its website, is fried lechon or “pritong biik” wrapped in pita wedges and served with different kinds of sauce. This is one of our favorites in events such as parties and blessings, and it’s convenient because it comes with a crew who chops and wraps the pritchon, pretty much like your Peking duck.
