Crispy Pata at Judy Ann’s
Crispy pata is boiled pork leg or pig trotter, boiled and then deep-fried in oil. Along Gen. Luna Street in Brgy. Conception, Malabon City, is an unassuming sign which reads “Jamico Restaurant“, with “Judy Ann Crispy Pata” at the lower part of the sign. This is the home one of the best crispy pata.
